Hallie leads every event from the planning side — coordinating logistics, rentals, décor, and staffing so nothing falls through the cracks. She works directly with every client to make sure the day runs exactly as planned.

Every service below can be added to any catering package. Mix and match to build the event you want.
Full-Service Staffing
Dedicated servers to carve, plate, and run the buffet line for the duration of your event. One server per 25–30 guests is standard. We handle the food so you can be a guest at your own party.
Per event
On-Site Offset Smoker
We roll in the full offset smoker and fire it up live at your venue. It's a conversation piece, a centerpiece, and the best-smelling thing at any event. Approximately 2 hours on-site.

Table Rentals
6ft rectangular, 8ft rectangular, and 6ft circular tables available. Ideal for buffet lines, guest seating, or additional serving space.

Metal Chafer Upgrade
